The Process
1. Initial Meeting – We’ll have an initial 15-20 minute zoom meeting to meet you and discuss your project.
The aim of the meeting will be to discuss the specific needs of your project and work out which editing tier will suit you best.
2. Initial Sample – We will edit an initial 5-10 minute sample of your audio, based on the tier you have chosen, to ensure you are happy with with the result before going any further.
3. Deposit – We require an initial 50% deposit which can be paid by bank transfer, PayPal or Stripe.
4. Editing – We go to work on editing and mastering your audio. We will send you a drive link with a folder that you can upload your audio to and a folder where you can access your finalised audio.
This folder will also contain a pick-up sheet which highlights any issues that couldn’t be fixed in post-production.
If you have selected the top tier; the pick-up sheet will also highlight any inconsistencies between the script and the audio.
5. Delivery – We deliver the fully edited and mastered files and upload them to the drive folder for you. Included in your order is 1 round of revisions. We are more than happy for you to take your time to go through the files and come back to us with any corrections or alterations you would like made within the scope of the originally agreed upon project.
6. Revisions – We review the revisions requested and come back to you with any queries.
7. Revision Completion – We upload the corrected files to the drive and ask you to check the revisions we have made to make sure you are happy with them. Any revisions requested outside of the initial revision request at this point will incur an extra fee. We will discuss this with you individually.
8. Completion – Once you are satisfied with the final files we will send you the balance invoice for the remaining 50%. Once this has been paid you will be able to download the files from the drive.
